Everyone knows the importance of staying focussed on a personal goal when you’re trying to achieve something. That’s one of the reasons why we've created the six week Transformation Challenge.
Read the details below to ensure your success this year:
Challenge Guide Lines
You must do all 7 Challenge Tasks and have done at least 6 weeks of the Challenge to have completed it.
You need to have registed the Challenge by 1st February to give yourself enough time to complete 6 weeks.
- Your 6 weeks do not need to be consecutive.
THE 7 CHALLANGE TASKS
1- Post your food diary for a whole week on the Total Fit Facebook Page – Each day you must enter everything consumed.
2- Eat 5 fruits and/or vegetables a day for a whole week – These must be recorded in your food diary, and each day must total at least 5 portions.
3- Drink 2 litres of water everyday throughout the Challenge – Aim to drink 2 litres of water a day, 6-8 glasses. Keep a record of your daily water intake in your food diary.
4- Post your exercise journal every day for a whole week on the Total Fit Facebook Page – You need to fill in your journal every day for a whole week. This should include what you’ve done, how long for and how you felt after the workout.
5- Aim to do a minimum of 2 Group classes in a week – You need to enter at least 2 group classes of any total fit or kickboxing classes into your exercise diary over the week.
6- Aim to do a minimum of 1 done-for-you mini workouts a week – There will be a workout challenge posted on the total fit facebook page at the start of each week. You need to complete the workout at least 2 - 3 times that week. Keep a record of your progress in your exercise journal on the total fit facebook page.
7- Aim to do a minimum of 1 Bonus Challenge each week - You need to enter at least 1 bonus challenge workout from the challenge exercises below or complete a done-for-you bonus challenge that will be posted each week on the total fit facebook page. Remember to keep on log in your exercise diary.
