We have a number of different programs to offer.
From our martial arts for children and pre-school classes to our martial arts fitness, and black belt programs we have a program for everyone.
Our instructors understand that the student's individual progress is the most important focus of their attention. That's why our instructors continue to be students themselves. They take classes, attend seminars and continually work to improve their ability to help our students reach their goals.
LITTLE DRAGONS “Building Character for Life”
For younger children we run a highly popular 'Little Dragons' programme for ages 4 to 6 years. The purpose and main focus of the Little Dragons curriculum is to prepare young children to enter the junior Martial Arts programme.
CHILDREN'S “Freestyle Martial Arts”
For ages 7 to 12 years our junior programme is a freestyle martial art, which incorporates various styles such as Ju-jitsu, Kickboxing, SDF self-defence, Kobudo weaponry and much more. A great system designed specifically for this age group. The system delivers a ground braking curriculum and method of teaching, which empowers children with CONFIDENCE, RESPECT FOR OTHERS, SELF CONTROL, SELF DEFENCE

JU-JITSU “The Gentle Art”
Ju-Jitsu today is based on unarmed self-defence. The Art of using the traditional Japanese weapons is still practiced today, and is still considered to be beneficial to the skills base of the Ju Jitsu student. However, Ju-Jitsu is geared more towards the street situations in the local towns and cites of today's world.

KICKBOXING “full body workout”
Kickboxing is an informal modern martial art that combines the basics of boxing (hand techniques and movement) with the powerful kicks of Muay Thai and Taekwondo. Kickboxing techniques are practical and useful, and each class is a full-body workout.
